Natural Disaster mean that a natural event such a flood, earthquake or hurricane etc. That causes great damage or loss of life. In fact, T-sunami also known as a natural disaster.
In 2004, December 26, all were busy with their routine works. Suddenly people screamed loudly that the sea was coming to the houses and among the houses. And everyone got frightened and was shocked. But No one knew the reason. No one know the meaning of Tsunami in that period of time and even people didn’t know the word of T-sunami.
T-sunami happens when the volcanos which are under the sea erupts and then for that movement the huge waves go up so high as fast as .However, Undersea earthquakes are responsible for most T-sunami’s.
T-sunami brought many damages to many things and valuable lives.T-sunami waves washed away many schools were damaged many boats,building,bridges,vehicles,trees,telephones lines, power lines and just about anything else in its way. Likewise T-sunami has taken a huge amount of death (Human life).Because no one is ready for face it.No one can stand against it.Thousands of people were killed by this disaster. To illustrate many of the families lost their neighbour, family members including their parents too.
T-sunami waves rose up above 50 meters and destroyed everything on its way. Some were survived from the top of trees, rooves and storyed building. It affected a lot.T-sunami made the children orphans. In our area Arugambay and Jalaldeen square were found to be the highly damaged areas by T-sunami.
Now at the end,I conclude that T-sunami one of the ultimate natural disaster which will lead to the loss of several lives and properties. Especially the coastal area people were harmed a lot by the T-sunami.We have to make the safety first before the disaster.
